ESCRIPTIONS

 

This chapter identifies connector part numbers, locations, and pinouts to facilitate fabrication of cables 
that can connect to the SWI-22-10.  The chapter describes the card-specific connectors for the SWI-22-
10-10 and SWI-22-10-01 and then describes the connectors common to both cards. Finally, 
implementation information for the console, zeroize, and LED ports is provided.

Connectors J2 and J3 form the Ethernet Switch Interface for the SWI-22-10-10. 

 

20 Gigabit Ethernet Ports - The ports are numbered 1 through 20.  Each port has four differential 
matched pairs: A, B, C, and D (e.g., GBE20_A_P and GBE20_A_N). 

 

RS-232 Port - Serial console interface 

 

Zeroize - an external configuration erase function which returns the board to a default 
configuration state.
