Positioning and connection to
the oven below
The hoods can be positioned
only
on a Tiziano oven.

Fix the hood to the oven below acting as shown in the figure.
Make sure that between the hood and the ceiling there is a distance
of about
850 mm [33.46 in.]
(shorter distances could damage ceilings
made of particularly delicate and heat sensitive materials - e.g. wood)
Smoke extraction
The oven is fitted with a flue in the top to get rid of the steam from the
cooking chamber. This steam, together with the one from the door dur-
ing the work phases,
must be conveyed outside
through the hood.

The hood must be connected to a flue for the exclusive use of the
appliance that complies with current regulations and that has a diameter
that allows the passage of an exhaust pipe “

” measuring Ø150mm [Ø5,91in]
which corresponds to the diameter of the pipe to be mounted on the hood
by means of a clamp “

” (the pipe and the clamp are not supplied by the
Manufacturer). The exhaust tube “
A
” must be in stainless steel resistant to
high temperatures and comply with current regulations.
The hood is not equipped with a suction motor, however it is possible to
connect it to a
suitable suction system
of the user: connect a Ø150mm
[Ø5,91in] exhaust pipe “
D
” to the hood with a clamp “
E
” and interpose man-
datorily a fume damper “
F
” between the extractor and the hood (the ex-
tractor, the connection pipe and the damper are not supplied by the Man-
ufacturer). The exhaust pipe “
D
” must be in stainless steel resistant to high
temperatures and comply with current regulations.
Provide a condensate drain (not supplied) to permit normal
control and draining operations.
Pre-testing and final inspection
Before delivery to the customer, the hood is checked and tested in the
Manufacturer’s factories. The “production process check sheet” enclosed
with it guarantees that
each
step in the production process, from
assembly to packaging, was carefully checked from both the operating
and safety standpoints.

Le cappe possono essere posizionate
unicamente
sopra ad un
forno Tiziano.

Fissare la cappa al forno sottostante agendo come mostrato in
figura. Accertarsi che tra cappa e soffitto vi sia una distanza di circa
850
mm [33.46 in.]
dal soffitto (distanze minori potrebbero danneggiare
soffitti costruiti in materiali particolarmente delicati e sensibili al calore
- es. legno).
Evacuazione fumi
Il forno è provvisto di uno scarico fumi posto nella parte superiore per
l’evacuazione dei vapori provenienti dalla camera di cottura. Tali vapori
e quelli che normalmente escono dalla portina durante le fasi di lavoro,
devono essere evacuati all’esterno
mediante la cappa.

La cappa deve essere collegata ad una canna fumaria ad uso
esclusivo dell’apparecchiatura che rispetti le normative vigenti e che abbia
un diametro che consenta il passaggio di un tubo di evacuazione “
A
” di
Ø150mm [Ø5,91in] che corrisponde al diametro del tubo da montare sulla
cappa mediante una fascetta “
B
” (il tubo e la fascetta non sono forniti dal
Fabbricante). Il tubo di evacuazione “
A
” deve essere in acciaio inox resistente
alle alte temperature e rispettare le normative vigenti.
La cappa non è provvista di motore di aspirazione, tuttavia è possibile colle-
garla ad un
adeguato impianto di aspirazione
dell’utilizzatore: collegare
alla cappa un tubo di evacuazione “
D
” di Ø150mm [Ø5,91in] mediante una
fascetta “
E
” ed interporre obbligatoriamente tra l’estrattore e la cappa una
serranda fumi “
F
” (l’estrattore, il tubo di collegamento e la serranda non sono
forniti dal Fabbricante).
Il tubo di evacuazione “
D
” deve essere in acciaio inox resistente alle alte
temperature e rispettare le normative vigenti.
Prevedere uno scarico condensa (non fornito) per consentire
le normali operazioni di controllo e drenaggio.
Precollaudo e collaudo
Prima della consegna al cliente, la cappa viene collaudata presso le officine
del Fabbricante sia sotto il profilo della funzionalità che della sicurezza.
Il “foglio verifica processo produttivo” allegato alla stessa, garantisce che
ogni
passaggio del processo produttivo, dall’assemblaggio all’imballo, è
stato accuratamente verificato, sia sotto il profilo della funzionalità che
della sicurezza.
