The list of the available recipes is displayed: touch the

you wish to use (e.g. Neapolitan): the oven
starts to heat with the relative parameters.

If you wish, you can change the parameters of the se-
lected recipe (e.g. the temperature) as explained in the pre-
vious chapter: the changes will affect
only the cooking/
preheating in progress
and will not affect the original
recipe (temporary effect).
If you wish to modify the recipe permanently, you can do it in
two ways:

copy. If your choice was:

OVERWRITE
the recipe Neapolitan will be saved
with the set parameters

SAVE A COPY
the recipe Neapolitan will keep the
original default parameters and a copy
will be created, Neapolitan* which will
be saved with the new set parameters

Enter the name of the new recipe.

Confirm with

The name shows which recipe you are us-
ing (e.g. Neapolitan). If you change a pa-
rameter manually (e.g. the temperature),
the wording changes to “Neapolitan*”
to show the user’s intervention.
