Tab Cone Assembly
Cone Assembly Steps
a.
Stand cone panels on edge with large end to ground as shown in
Figure 10
.
b.
Slip four (4) cone panels together using tab and slot connections on edges of each panel.
IMPORTANT:
All tabs must be on the inside of the cone assembly. The pilot holes and etched marks (orientation
indicators) must be located at the top and outside of the cone.

Place bolts through holes and thread nuts into place to hold four (4) cone panels together. Nuts must be located
on the outside of the cone assembly. Do not tighten nuts. Refer to
Figures 9 & 11
.
d.
Once four (4) cone panels are assembled stand assembly up on large radius side. Refer to
Figure 8
.
e.
Pull both ends together creating a heart shape as shown in
Figure 10
.
f.
Place remaining bolts through holes and thread remaining nuts into place to hold cone together.
Nuts must be located on the outside of the cone assembly. Do not tighten nuts. Nuts to be tightened after cone
mounted on fan. Refer to
Figure 11
