Refer to Figure 3. Assemble the Side Panels , the Top Panel and the Bottom Panel to the
Straight Orifice using Fan Screws (1004-8030).

Refer to Figure 3. Attach the Internal Fan Assembly to the inside face of the orifice using Bolts (1002-
2374) and Lock Nuts (1001-1457). Attach the Cone Support Bracket to the top Panel with the 1002-
2374 bolts and 1001-1457 lock nuts.

Refer to Figure 4. Attach the Internal Fan Assembly to the top and bottom Slantwall Cabinets using
1002-2374 bolts and 1001-1457 lock nuts. Attach the cone support bracket to the top panel with the
1002-2374 bolts and 1001-1457 lock nuts used to attach the top of internal fan assembly to cabinet.

Attach the two Tension Latches (1040-0105) to the right and left side panels with rivets (1005-5006).

Refer to Detail A and Figure 3. Attach the Blade Prop to the Shaft using Key Shear (1019-2417).

Align the Discharge tip of the blade with the edge of the orifice. See Detail B.
