Run on High for 15 to 20 seconds to finely grind. Reserve.
2. Put remaining ingredients, in order listed, into the travel cup and top with the ground flax
seeds. Fit with the blending blade.
3. Run on High until smooth, about 20 to 25 seconds.
4. Serve immediately.
