1 cup Panko, All purpose flour, 1 egg, 1 tbsp water, 200g boneless chicken fillet (skinless
chicken breast), A pinch of salt, A pinch of Black pepper
Sauce : Mix and set aside
1 tbsp Mirin, 1 tbsp Sugar, tbsp Soy Sauce

Add flour in a bowl and set aside

Prepare another bowl, mix egg and water and whisk it together

Sprinkle salt & black pepper on chicken.

Coat chicken completely flour and pat off excess.

Dip into the egg mixture and add in Panko.

Press the panko on the chicken to make sure it sticks well.

Place the chicken in the cooker.
