Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan, set the Medium Temperature level for the Pan Fry menu, and press
the Start button.
❷
Preheat the pan for 30 seconds, and start cooking.
※ The Pan Fry menu is available only at the Induction (IH) Cooking Zone 1.

Fried Egg
10 pieces of seaweed, a little perilla oil, a little seasoned salt

Add perilla oil on the seaweed, and sprinkle salt on top of that.

Set the Medium Temperature level for the Pan Fry menu, and press the Start button.
❸
Preheat the pan for one minute, and add 1-2 pieces of seaweed on the pan to grill them.
※ The Pan Fry menu is available only at the Induction (IH) Cooking Zone 1.

Grilled Seaweed
600 g of beef, a little pine nut powder, 2 tablespoons of olive oil
※ Marinade: 4.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of chopped spring onion, 2 tablespoons of
crushed garlic, 2.5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, a little pepper powder,
2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of ground sesame mixed with salt, 1/3 cup of pear
juice, 1 tablespoon of ginge

Slice the beef, remove the blood, and make cuts on both sides.

Sprinkle sugar on the beef slices, leave them for around 20 minutes, and add in the marinade. Then,
massage the beef and leave it for around
30 minutes to make it thoroughly marinated.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan, set the High Temperature setting for the Pan Fry menu, and press
the Start button.

Preheat the pan for 30 seconds, grill the beef on both sides, and sprinkle pine nut powder.

Marinated Grilled Beef Slices
1 mackerel, 2 tablespoons of olive oil
