If there is a concern with the product, check the following issues before contacting our customer service center.
Problem
“C1” and “C7” flash on the
function indicator.
“EUF”flashes on the function
indicator.
Checklist
•
Did you use the menu to adjust the heat
level with nothing in the cooking container?
• Have you used the product for a long time
continuously with the strong heat level set in
the heat control menu?
• Have the contents of the cooking container
completely evaporated or burned?
Recommendation
“FAn” flashes on the
function indicator.
•
Did the fan motor of the intake port on the
bottom of the product fail to operate?
“C2”, “C2_”, “C3”, “C3_”, “C6”,
“C5”, “C5_”, “C6_”, “C14”, and
“C74” flash on the function
indicator.
When I select automatic cooking
from the menu and then press
the [Start] button, [Heal level
Setting] button, or [Turbo]
button, the “IHP” flashes during
heating.
“C2_”, “C6_” and “C5_” flash
on the function indicator.

Did you use the product immediately after
storing it in a cold environment? (below 5℃)
“EH2” flashes on the
function indicator.

Is there a blockage in the air intake and
exhaust?
• Did you put any hot objects around the
control panel?

This problem occurs when there is something
wrong with the product. Please contact our
Customer Service Center.

If the product is stored for a long time in a cold
environment and used immediately, the sensor
detects alow temperature and may cause an error.
• If this problem persists, please contact our
customer service.
•
If the fan motor of the intake port on the bottom of
the product does not work, please contact the
customerservice center.
•
When the product is set to a strong heat level in the
heat level adjustment menu and the container is
continuously heated with nothing in it, the safety
function operates to cut off the heating after
detecting the sensor overheating.
• Put the contents in the cooking container before
cooking.
• With regard to the heat control option, if the product
is heated continuously for a long time with a strong
heat level set, the product will activate its safety
function to cut off the heat after detecting the
sensor overheating.
• Lower the heat level or use the product after
cooling for a while.
•
This problem occurs when there is something
wrong with the sensor. Please contact our
Customer Service Center.
•
This problem occurs when there is something
wrong with the power source or the product. If you
see this continuously, please contact our
Customer Service Center.
•
This problem occurs when threre is something
wrong with the memory inside MICOM. Please
contact our Customer Service Center.
•
Do not block the intake and exhaust vents.
• Do not place hot objects around the control panel.
• If the problem persists, please contact customer
service.
•
This problem occurs when there is something
wrong with the hob. Please contact our Customer
Service Center.
