When water is not dispensed
•Is the water supply cut off?
•Is the Water Supply Valve closed?"
•Please wait until the tap water is supplied again.
•Please open the Water Supply Valve.
When the product does not
work
•Is the Power Plug put in the Power Outlet?
•Have you operated the Electronic Toilet Seat
without sitting on the Toilet Seat?
•Is there a power outage?"
•Put the Power Plug in the Power Outlet.
•Sit on the Toilet Seat, and operate the product.
•Please wait until the power is supplied again.
When there is water leakage
from the product
•Are the pipes connected precisely and
properly?
•Please contact the seller or our Customer
Service Center.
When the water pressure is low
•Are there foreign substances in the Waterworks
Filter?
•Is the Hose of the Main Frame folded?
•Is the Water Pressure Display Lamp set to be
Level 1?
•Clean the Waterworks Filter.
•Unfold the folded part of the Hose.
•Increase water pressure.
•Please contact the seller or our Customer
Service Center.
When the hot water, the Toilet
Seat, or the hot air is not hot
enough
•Are the settings for Water Temp. and the
Seat Temp. turned OFF?
•Are the Water temp. and the Seat Temp.
set below “Level 2”?
•Is the Air Dry set below “Level 2L”?
•Is the Toilet Seat warm?
•If the input water temperature is
57.2℉(14℃) or lower, the cleaning water
temperature may be lower than the hot
water set temperature.
•Turn on the Water Temp. or the Seat Temp.
•Try setting the Water Temp. or Seat temp. to be
"Level 3-5"
•Set the Dry Temp. to "Level 3-5"
•In the Energy Saver mode, please wait for 5
minutes after sitting on the Toilet Seat.
(The Toilet Seat is being heated.)
When the cleaning water is cold
or lukewarm
•Is the hot water temperature set to be
“Low”?
•Is the hot water control status OFF?
• If the input water temperature is
57.2℉(14℃) or lower, the cleaning water
temperature may be lower than the hot
water set temperature.
•Set the Water Temp. to be "Level 3-5"
•Set the The Water Temp. Control to be ON.
When the Main Frame is
shaking
•Have the Fixing Bolts for fixating the Main Frame
been loosened?
•Tighten the Anchored screws for the Main Frame
again.
