Tilt the pedometer left and hold in position to decrease the values, or tilt
right and hold in position to increase the values.

Note: If you selected 12Hr previously and the current time is in the afternoon
(PM) make sure you increase the hour number until PM is displayed

Once the desired value is displayed tilt the pedometer back to the horizontal
position. Press SET button, minutes will flash
