- The main bellcrank assembly mounts on
the engine case stud just to the left of the
generator/alternator stand with the thread-
ed adjuster facing the front of the car. The
8mm nut of the engine case stud needs to
be removed first.
- Before you retighten the nut completely, the
bellcrank assembly needs to be aligned to
a vertical position. Using a 3mm hex key,
move the threaded adjuster up or down until
the bellcrank assembly is perfectly vertical.
After alignment, tighten the lock nut on the
adjuster with a 10mm wrench and torque
the nut on the engine case to 19 ft/lbs
(25Nm). Fig(1+2)
NOTE:
In case the bellcrank interferes with
the lower generator backing plate
screw. The fan shroud needs to be ad-
justed to a correct original fit.
3.2. Throttle levers
- Carefully bend the lock tab on the rear throt-
tle shaft retaining nuts and remove the nuts.
CAUTION:
The original levers will be kept in
place!
- Install the supplied lever on the left side the
way shown (Facing 45° up-and inwards)
(Fig.3).
- Install the supplied lever on the right side
the way shown (Facing 45° down-and in-
wards) (Fig.4).
- Montieren Sie den Drehbock links neben
der Lichtmaschine an dem Motorgehäuse-
gewindestift und sichern ihn mit der Original
Unterlegscheibe und Mutter M8, SW13, die
Sie vorher los geschraubt haben. Siehe
Fig. 2.
- Bevor Sie den Drehbock endgültig mit
25 Nm anziehen, richten Sie ihn mit Hilfe
des M6 Gewindestiftes senkrecht aus und
sichern den Gewindestift mit der M6 Mutter
SW10. Fig. (1 und 2)
ANMERKUNG:
Falls nach Montage des Dreh-
bocks die Freigängigkeit zwi-
schen Hebelplatte und
Befestigungschraube der Licht-
maschinenverblechung einge-
schränkt ist, muss eine
Justierung des Gebläsekastens
inkl. Lichtmaschine erfolgen.
3.2. Montage der Drosselklappenhebel
- Biegen Sie, an beiden Vergasern, das Si-
cherungsblech der (in Fahrtrichtung) hinte-
ren Drosselklappenwellenmutter mit einem
Schlitz-Schraubendreher zurück.
- Lösen und Entfernen Sie die Mutter SW11
und Sicherungsblech der Drosselklappen-
welle.
ACHTUNG:
Die originalen Drosselklappenhe-
bel bleiben am Vergaser und wer-
den nicht abgenommen!
- Befestigen Sie den linken CSP Drossel-
klappenhebel in einem Winkel von 45° nach
