Pull

’s starter tag.

Take deep breath from
first
SCSR
. Hold breath.

Pull
second
SCSR
’s mouthpiece plug.

Spit out
first
mouthpiece.

Put
second
SCSR
’s mouthpiece in mouth. Exhale.

Drop
first
nose clamp. Clamp nose shut with
second
clamp.

Drop
