While dragging, if the mouse cursor is to the left of the 
number the point will be moved as a heading of its own. If 
the mouse is to the right of the number, it will be added 
as a sub-Point to what is directly above the line.  Right-
clicking on Points opens a popup menu that can also be 
used to change the order.
