REMPLISSAGE
11.1
HUILE
Cette opération doit être effectuée après la
première installation (après 160 heures) et
ensuite toutes les 4000 heures de travail
comme suit:
11.1.1
Arrêter la machine et débrancher la ligne
(ÉNERGIE “0”) comme indiqué dans la
section 7.3 ARRET DE FIN
PRODUCTION » de la PARTIE 7
« ARRETS ».
11.1.2
Fermer le robinet de l’eau de réseau.
11.1.3
Enlever les fiches des tapis des prises
relatives à bord de la machine.
11.1.4
Enlever la protection et décrocher le tapis de
chargement du produit de la machine.
11.1.5
Enlever la protection et décrocher le tapis de
déchargement du produit de la machine.
11.1.6
Fermer toutes les portes du secteur de la
moule des lames.
OIL
CHANGE
11.1
The oil change must be carried on after the
first installation, after the first 160 hours and
then every 4000 working hours as follows:
11.1.1
Stop the machine and turn off the power
(ZERO “0” ENERGY) as described in
section 7.3 “PRODUCTION END STOP” in
PART 7.
11.1.2
Close the network water tap.
11.1.3
Disconnect the belt connectors from the
relative sockets on board the machine.
11.1.4
Remove the protection and release the
product loading belt from the machine.
11.1.5
Remove the protection and release the
product unloading belt from the machine.
11.1.6
Close all the doors of the blade die area.
