Pour arrêter l’installation d’hydrolavage,
appuyer sur le poussoir ARRET (2) et
effectuer l’arrêt et la déconnexion (condition
ENERGIE ZÉRO “0”) comme indiqué dans la
section « 7.3 ARRET DE FIN DE
PRODUCTION ».

Remonter la moule comme indiqué dans la
section « 9.2 REMONTAGE DE LA
MOULE ».

Effectuer le lavage extérieur comme indiqué
dans la section « 8.2 LAVAGE
EXTERIEUR ».
Les opérations de lavage et désinfection
hebdomadaires sont terminées.

To stop the water washing system press the
STOP button (2) and disconnect it
completely (ENERGY STATE “0”) as
described in section 7.3 “PRODUCTION
END STOP”.

Refit the die as described in section 9.2
“REPOSITIONING THE DIE”.

Carry on the outer washing as described in
section 8.2 “OUTER WASHING”.
The weekly cleaning and sanitisation are
over.
