Correct use

The Sit-Up Trainer serves as an aid for sit-up 
exercises to strengthen stomach muscles. The 
product is designed for private use and is not 
suitable for medical or commercial use. 
Please note that this product is only designed to 
hold your feet during the exercises. Never place 
other body parts in the stomach muscle trainer. Do 
not support yourself on your hands on the product 
and never pull up yourself on the product.

Safety notes

•  Only use the device for the purpose for which it  
  was designed. 
•  The article may only be used under adult  
  supervision and may not be used as a toy. 
•  Consult your doctor before beginning training.  
  Ensure that you are in a proper state of health  
  for this training. 
•  Keep the operating instructions and exercise  
  instructions to hand at all times.

•  Always warm up before training and train  
  in accordance with your current capabilities.  
  Stop training immediately if you experience  
  any complaints, feel weak or tired, and contact  
  your doctor.

assembly

1. Attach the foot anchors (1) to the sit-up trainer.  
  To do this, first remove the wing nut (4) and  
  the washer (3) from the screw (2). Now, insert  
  the screw into one of the three holes on the  
  sit-up trainer, fit the washer onto the screw, and  
  screw the wing nut on tightly (figure A).
2. Open the plastic screw (5) by turning it anti- 
  clockwise. This increases the distance between  
  the foam plates. Slide the sit-up trainer under  
  the middle of the door. Tighten the plastic screw  
  until the foam plates fit securely against both  
  sides of the door (figure B).
