First, please have in hands the model of your equipment, voltage, serial number and
the date of manufacture found on the identification label located on the right side of the
distiller main unit (Fig. 7, item 13, page 12) and a description of the problem. It will be also
necessary to have the original invoice from your dealer to confirm the date of purchase.

HOW TO PROCEED WHEN SERVICE IS NEEDED
The environment is something that belongs to everyone, therefore it is up to each

All equipment has a useful lifespan, but it is not possible to determine how long, as
it varies according to the intensity and how the equipment is handled.

The plastic containers, filter and carbon filter are not covered by the warranty. This
warranty will not cover the heating element in case its verified the preventive
maintenance/cleaning of the equipment have not been done as specified in this
manual.
