Problem Solving
The following table provides corrective action for possible trouble situations. If
further assistance is required, please contact a Crestron customer service
representative.

The RF Gateway is not

up with Active Sync Try unplugging and
reconnecting the USB

Right-click the USB icon on the
task bar and check the
connection settings
The USB cable is
plugged into a different
port. Plug the USB cable into the
port that was used when
ActiveSync was installed
