• Once the roof, roof supports, ridge cap and swing beam
are installed, proceed with the Skybox tower.
• Skybox step 2. Use the method found at the bottom of
page 19 of the Skybox instructions to alter the Lexington
sandbox end and Skybox sandbox sides. Mount them to
the posts.
• Skybox step 11. Use the front posts from The Skybox Roof
(SJ926-810) in place of the post extensions.
• Skybox Step 17. Wait to install the wall slats on the end
where the Spiral Slide will mount, and the side where the
Pinnacle climber will mount until after installing the spiral
and climber.
• Install the Skybox Wood Roof (SJ926-810).
• Install the Play Floor (SC910-800Q).
• Install the Play Walls (SC909-800Q) on the front, back and
swing end of the main tower.
• Install the Gable Fans (SM964-402).
• Using a ladder, install the Dormers (SM963-402) in the
positions shown on the front page of this guide. Ladder
access will be obstructed by later installations.
• Install the Spiral Slide (8400-202) using instructions in-
cluded in
63033-102.
• Mount the Pinnacle Climber to the front of the Skybox in
the position shown.
• Assemble the Rock Climber (AH201-102Q).
• Lean the Access Ladder and Rock Climber as shown
above. Check spacing.
• Secure the access ladder using the method shown in
step 17 of the Lexington instructions. Complete the Rock
Climber installation as instructed in the rock climber man-
ual.
• Fasten Access Ladder Handles (AG942-400) to the Ac-
cess Ladder.
• Assemble the Chain Climber (SH089-917).
• Set the Chain Climber and Super Wave Slide (15166-400)
in place as shown on the front page of this guide. Check
spacing.
• Finish securing the Chain Climber.
• Install the slide mount and slide using the method shown
in steps 23 and 24 of the Lexington instructions.
• Install wall slats in the postions shown in images, using
the methods from the Lexington and Skybox instructions.
Gaps must be narrower than 3-1/2" or wider than 9" to
prevent potential head entrapment.
• Mount one hand grip to the entrance wall slat between
the ladder and the rock climber on the back of the gym.
Mount the other hand grip to the adjacent post at the same
height, using 1/4 x 1-1/2" lag screws and 1/4" flat washers.
Drill 3/16" diameter pilot holes for the lag screws.
• Double-check all fasteners are secure and all recessed
hardware is covered by hole caps.
