ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
• The instructions found in 63083-554 give a complete de-
scription for assembling the play tower with the following
exceptions:
• On step 15, the Swing Mount provided is different than the
Swing Mount shown in the manual. The counter-bored
holes in the Swing Mount should face the gym. Secure
the bottom of the Swing Mount using the 5/16 x 4-1/2"
Hex Bolt Assembly provided. The top hole will not align
with the existing hole. Use a 3/8" diameter drill to make a
hole through the top support and secure using one 5/16 x
4-1/2" Hex Bolt Assembly. (See illustration at right).
• Steps 16 & 17: Use the pre-assembled Access Ladder
with plastic steps.
• Proceed with assembly. On step 25 use the Deluxe Hand
Grips rather than the plastic handles.
• Please note the Clarkdale comes with a Scoop Slide
rather than the slide shown in step 28. Installation is the
same.
• Assemble the Swing Beam as shown in the instructions
in 63059-212 and mount it to the tower.
• After installing the beam and securing the ground stakes,
check to assure all fasteners are secure.
• Hang the swings and trapeze.
