Insert lead screw through the brass nut on
the carriage plate.
Place the pulley on the end of the lead
screw as shown and insert the lead screw
into the KFL08 flange bearing, turning the
lead screw as needed.
Loosely tighten the set screw

Attach the top front frame member.
Position the rods inside the cut outs in the
rod mounting bracket.
Ensure the bracket is centered. Use a ruler
to compare the gap between the end of the
bracket and the left/right vertical
extrusions.
Tighten the M5 hex cap corner screws.
Tighten the inside M4 button head screws.
The rod mounting bracket screws should be
slightly loose at this stage.
