READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLY
WARNING: It is recommended to secure Wall
Mount Uprights to a 2" x 4" wall stud. Drywall
anchors and anchor screws are included with
this rack; however, different wall materials
require different types of fasteners. Use
fasteners suitable for your specific type of
wall. If you are uncertain about what type
of fasteners to use, please contact your local
hardware store.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
• Read all instructions thoroughly.
• Remove all components from the box, and lay
them on the floor in an orderly fashion.
• Wear eye protection.
• Be cautious of sharp edges.
• Keep this information for further reference.
Installation (Fig. A, B, C, D)
1. Determine mounting locations and wall space
required to hang desired items. Using a level, plumb
the Wall Mount Upright
1 and use a pencil to mark
the mounting hole locations on the wall. Repeat this
process for the other Wall Mount Upright.
2. Using the supplied Drywall Anchors 5 and Drywall
Screws

, install the Wall Mount Uprights . Be sure
to follow standard instructions for installing anchors
and screws.
3. Starting from the bottom, install a Cantilever Arm
2 to each Wall Mount Upright and make sure they
are at the same level across both arms. Slide the
Cantilever Arms down once their tabs have been
inserted into the slots of the Wall Mount Upright
to secure them. Repeat this process for each set of
cantilever arms (Fig. B)
4. Once all Cantilever Arms are installed, the Locking
Pins 4 can be inserted into the holes on the
Cantilever Arms to fully secure them in place (Fig. C).
5. If installing this Cantilever Rack System in a garage
or room with exposed wall studs, the Wall Mount
Uprights have 2 x 4 Guide Caps
3 at their ends to
center them properly on a stud for installation. Make
sure to use proper hardware for this process and pre-
drill the 2 x 4 to prevent splitting (Fig. D).
