IMPORTANT SAFETY RULES

Read this operator’s manual carefully, become
familiar with the controls and know how to operate
your sprayer.
•
Do not allow children to use your High Pressure
Washer. Never allow adults to use the High Pres-
sure Washer without proper instructions.
•
Keep the area of operation clear of all persons,
especially small children and pets.
•
Use the High Pressure Washer only as the ma-
nufacturer intended and as described in this ma-
nual.
•
Do not operate the High Pressure Washer if it has
been dropped or damaged in any manner. Always
have damage repaired before using your High
Pressure Washer.
•
Spray only in daylight.
•
Do not use accessory attachments that are not
recommended by the manufacturer. Use of such
attachments may be hazardous.
•
Always wear safety glasses or eye shields when
starting and while using your High Pressure Was-
her.
•
Dress properly. Do not operate High Pressure
Washer when barefoot or wearing open sandals.
Wear only solid shoes with good traction when
spraying.
•
Keep your eyes and mind on your High Pressure
Washer and the area being sprayed. Do not let
other interests distract you.
•
Never direct discharge of material toward bystan-
ders nor allow anyone near the High Pressure
Washer while you are spraying.
•
Keep all safety devices in place and working.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
GROUND FAULT CIRCUIT INTERRUPTER
PROTECTION
To comply with the National Electrical Code (NFPA
70), and to provide additional protection from the risk
of electric shock, this pressure washer should only
be connected to a receptacle that is protected by a
ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI).
Danger:
Improper connection of the equipment-groun-
ding conductor can result in electrocution. Check
with a qualified electrician or our service person
if you are in doubt as to whether the outlet is
properly grounded. Do not modify the plug pro-
vided with the machine if it will not fit the outlet,
have a proper outlet installed by a qualified
electrician.
EXTENSION CORDS
Use only extension cords that are intended for out-
door use. These extension cords are identified by a
marking “Acceptable for use with outdoor appliances;
store indoors while not in use”. Use only extension
cords having an electrical rating not less than the
rating of the machine. Do not use damaged extensi-
on cords. Examine extension cord before using and
replace if damaged. Do not abuse extension cord
and do not yank on any cord to disconnect. Keep
cord away from heat and sharp edges. Always dis-
connect the extension cord from the receptacle be-
fore disconnecting the unit from the extension cord.
