Selectable (Mixed):
This mode is a combination of the two previous modes. Selected grip
patterns will trigger the thumb to move automatically and in other modes
the thumb must be moved manually.
12.10 Thumb Mode
Latched:
The thumb will be manually controlled by the user in latched mode. The
user can lock the thumb into an opposed or unopposed position. The
Nexus Hand recognises the position that the thumb is set to and will
switch to an opposed/non-opposed grip.
The thumb can be controlled in three different ways:
Dynamic (Auto):
In Dynamic mode the thumb position will adjust automatically depending
on the grip pattern. For example, if the current grip pattern is Power Grip
and a grip trigger is activated, then the thumb will move automatically to
the opposed position.
