5.10 - Date, hour and minute setting
It is possible to adjust or set the date, hour and minutes of the remote control at any given time.
Proceed as follows:
Using key KM and then key K4 (>>), access is gained to page 2 of the menus.
Using key K3 (OROL), the programming menu is selected.
Once this menu has been selected, it is possible to make one of the following choices:
· GIO
· ORA
· MINUTI
Make the choice using keys K1, K2 or K3, then carry out the adjustment using keys K+ o K-. The parameter being
adjusted is shown because it blinks.
The days are shown on the display, in two letters, according to the following scheme:
· DO = Sunday
· LU = Monday
· MA = Tuesday
· ME = Wednesday
· GI = Thursday
· VE = Friday
· SA = Saturday
Return to the operating mode takes place automatically, after 2 minutes, or manually using the KM key.
In relation to the TIPO ORA operating parameter selected
(see section 6.2)
, the display of the hour is between 00
and 23, or, 00 and 12 AM/PM.
5.11 - Memorizing hour/minutes/date and operating mode
If the remote time control is electrically powered for an hour and subsequently there is a power cut, it is able to
keep the clock (hour/minutes) and calendar (day) working and memorize all the data, before the power cut, for a
period of time of up to 5 hours.
If the remote control remains without power for more than 5 hours, on start-up said remote control positions itself
automatically in day and hour programming mode; see section 3 for re-setting.
5.12 - Indication of boiler with burner on
The display shows the flame symbol indicating that the boiler’s burner is on.
5.13 - Indication of presence of anomalies
In the presence of anomalies, the display shows the flashing alarm symbol and the wording ANOMALY.
If the anomaly requires re-set action to be taken by the user, the display shows a downwards arrow symbol, in
correspondence with the key K1 (RESET).
Using key K1 it is possible to reset normal running conditions, returning to operating mode, if the cause which
generated the anomaly has been removed.
Pressing key K4, it is possible to directly access the menu displaying the possible signals for the anomalous
performance of the boiler and/or the remote time control.
The type and number of anomalies which may be displayed, is shown in section 6.3, Diagnostics.
In the event that the room temperature sensor of the remote time control is indicated as faulty, the supply temperature
is automatically set at 40°C (in the absence of an external sensor). If an external sensor is present, the supply
temperature is adjusted by means of the setting algorithm of the thermoregulation as per the diagram in figure 4.
In the event that the external temperature sensor is indicated as faulty, the thermoregulation function changes and
automatically becomes set at the room temperature (MODO FUNZ 2 as per section 6.2.3).
