How to Check & Adjust

Start the hydraulic motor. Turn on the deviation function.
Start the saw blade and let it run for 1~2 minutes..

Stop the saw blade. Observe the deviation value while the
saw blade is completely still.

If the deviation value is out of ±0.03 mm, loosen outer nut
first then the inner nut.

Adjust the proximity switch until the deviation value is
within ±0.03 mm.

Tighten inner nut back then the outer nut.

If the deviation value is not changing while adjusting the

proximity switch, try pulling below roller. If deviation value is
still not changing, it means the proximity switch is broken.

2M Roller Table



The optional 2M roller table supports the work material and
ensures the material is fed in smoothly.

Spray device



This device is for cutting aluminum.



Spray on blade during cutting period.



Easy to control and clean the chips on the blade.
