STANDARD ACCESSORIES

Blade tension device



This blade tension device equipped with hydraulic cylinder
provides appropriate tension to the saw blade.



To tighten the saw blade, turn the selector to



Upon saw blade breakage, the safety device will activate and
automatically stop all machine operation.



The limit switch of the safety device can be reset by turning the
blade tension selector to



To change the blade, turn the handle to

to release saw

blade tension.

Blade speed/motion detector



Besides detecting the blade speed, the speed/motion detector also
functions as a safety device.



The speed/motion detector protects operators and the machine by
preventing blade overloads and consequent damages if a saw
blade breaks or skids.



Once blade breakage or slippage is detected, the drive wheel will
stop in 10 seconds.

Inverter



This inverter is installed under the workbed. It is used to control
and stabilize the saw blade speed during cutting.



To adjust blade speed, use the blade speed control knob on the
control panel.

Note:

Make sure the terminal points are connected.

Make sure the ambient temperature is within acceptable range and
keep the surroundings well ventilated.

Keep the inverter away from dust.
