1.  Attach together (#7), (#8) and (#18) using:
    

• 

4x flat spacers (#29) 

    

• 

4x bolts (#24) as shown.

2. Put the pre-installed parts in step 1 onto (#6) as shown and tighten them with 1x bolts (#25), 2x flat
    spacer (#29), and 1x nuts (#30).

3. Insert (#9) into (#7) and (#8) as shown and secure them with 2x bolts (#24) and 2x flat spacers
    (#29).

4. Place (#20) on (#7) and (#8) as shown and secure them with 4x bolts (#26) and 4x flat spacers
    (#31).

5. Place (#19) onto (#6) and secure with 2x bolts (#26) and 2x flat spacers (#31) as shown.
