1.  Install (#4) onto (#1) and tighten with 2x flat spacers (#29) and 2x nut (#30).

2. Install (#5) onto (#2) and (#3) first and tighten it with 2x flat spacers (#29) and nut 2x (#30).

3. Insert (#6) into (#4) and connect it to (#5) using:
    

• 

1x (#16)

    

• 

2x bolts (#23)

    

• 

2x bolts (#24) 

    

• 

flat pads (#29)

    

• 

4x nuts (#30)

4. Insert (#15) rod into (#4) and place (#17) onto (#15) on each end as shown.
