8.4 Reference standards
COROB S.p.A. designs, manufactures, and subjects its machines to tests to ensure compliance with safety and
electromagnetic compatibility regulations. Any changes not authorized by COROB S.p.A. may jeopardize this
compliance.
The manufacturer certifies, under its own responsibility, that the machine to which this statement refers to,
complies with the essential requirements foreseen by the regulations:
• Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
• Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/EC.
The machine complies with all applicable standards.
The equipment complies with the Directive 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC on waste electrical and electronic
equipment (WEEE).
8.5 Warranty
In order for the warranty to be valid, please complete the form included in the machine packing, and send it
to the address listed on the form itself.
Contact our authorized and qualified personnel only for all your service needs. Use only original spare
parts for all maintenance and replacement interventions.
Altering or removing the guards and safety devices provided on the machine will not only void the warranty
immediately, but is also dangerous and illegal.
The manufacturer may not be held liable for personal injury or property damage caused by improper use of the
equipment or tampering with the guards and safety devices installed on the machine.
The following shall void the manufacturer’s warranty :
• Improper use of the machine.
• Failure to observe the instructions and maintenance rules set forth in the manual.
• Making or having changes and/or repairs made on the machine by personnel outside the service organization
authorized by the manufacturer and/or made using non-original spare parts.
