Unique Hotel Features
SBDX offers some very unique features for a Hotel. The description of the features is as
follows:
a) Checking-In a room with registration of guest name.
b) Dialing Rights with Check-In.
c) Checking-Out a room along with withdrawal of dialing rights & printing of bill for call
charges.
d) Floor Service to call the floor attendant.
e) Temporarily Check-Out
f) Temporarily Check-In
g) Room Shifting
h) Wake-Up Alarm
Hotel Name Setting
This feature allows you to enter the Hotel Name. The Hotel name will be printed on the top of
the checkout bill. A DSS is required for entering the hotel name.
To enter Hotel name
Step Action You get
1. Put the handset on cradle .
2. Press Check-In key.
The display will show “CHECK
IN : ”
3. Dial 9. You will see an arrow.
4. Enter the Name using the DSS keys.
5.
After entering the name, Press the HOLD key of
key phone to complete the process.
Check-In
When a guest checks into the hotel, operator has to register his name in the system &
activate dialing rights from the extension of the room.
