Coral Telecom Ltd.

To activate the broker’s call:

Step

Remark: By pressing hold you can toggle between the two parties.

Redial

Operator can repeatedly dial the last number dialed on the trunk, without dialing all the digits

again. For this follow the procedure below:

To make the redial

Step

Lift the handset.

Dial tone.

Press the

REDIAL

key.

The last dialed external number will

be redialed automatically.

If external number is dialed by accessing any free trunk by dialing the trunk access code

(default `0’) then on redial also any free trunk would be selected but if external number was

dialed by selecting any specific trunk, then redial would be attempted on the same trunk only.

Call pick-up

This feature allows you to answer other ringing extensions within the system. There are two

types of call pickup one is `Call pick within service extensions’ & another is `pick any ringing

extension’.

To pick up the call within service phones:

Dial `Call Pick Up code’ (Default `88’)

Connected to the calling party.

Note:

You can pick an incoming call within service extensions (Not room extensions). Room

& service extensions will be defined through system programming.

Important:

If several extensions in the group are ringing then the call pick up would be in

following order:
