1/4 non-fat Greek yoghurt
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tsp light agave nectar

1/4 cup skimmed milk
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
144g blackberries
85g sliced strawberries
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup ice
Add all ingredients to the blender
and blend until smooth.
KIWI AND
HONeYDeW
(serves 1)
240g of honeydew melon, cubed
1 green apple
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 cup of ice cubes
Add all ingredients to the blender
