Banging Shrimp
Serves 4
Ingredients
½ cup milk
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons all-‐purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon Sriracha
½ cup panko crumbs
1-‐pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
Non-‐s.ck spray
Dipping Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Sriracha
InstrucBons
1. In a shallow glass baking dish, mix together all ingredients except panko
crumbs, shrimp and cooking spray. Place panko bread crumbs in another
shallow glass baking dish.
2. Dip each shrimp in ba@er then dip into panko to coat.
3. Place six shrimp in air fryer and spritz with oil.
4. Set .mer for 10 minutes and temperature to 400 degrees.
5. Shake air fryer halfway through.
6. Once cooking is complete, remove. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
7. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a large bowl.
8. Toss the cooked shrimp with the sauce and serve shrimp on a pla@er of
shredded le@uce.
