
5. Warnings and safety recommendations
Read the following sections before using the gas barbecue:
a)
Read the instructions for use before using the gas barbecue.
If the instruc-
tions are not followed, there may be problems during use.
b) The accessible parts of this gas barbecue
can become very hot during use.
Keep small children away from the barbecue.
Use protection when handling
very hot components.
c) If gas escapes, turn off the gas supply on the gas cylinder, turn off any open
flames, open the cover, and if gas is still escaping, check for any damage,
loose connections etc. If you cannot solve the problem, contact the dealer.

Do not move the barbecue while it is in use

e) Do not use or store fluids, gases or other materials near the gas barbecue.
f) This gas barbecue is
only for outdoor use.
g) Never use an open flame to check for gas leaks.
h) Do not use the gas barbecue if there is a gas leak. Turn off the gas supply.
Check that the hose is not twisted
, since this will affect the gas supply when
you install the gas barbecue. The hose must not be unnecessarily taut and must
not come into contact with parts of the barbecue that may become hot.
Select a flexible hose that can withstand temperatures above 80°, if the hose
has to be replaced.
A flexible hose should be replaced every two years; it is nec
-
essary to replace the flexible hose in accordance with national regulations.
Warning:
Always check for leaks after replacing the hose. Use soapy water,
which will form bubbles if there is a leak.
