Problem

Solution

Heating system seems to

cycle too often.

• Check and ensure that you have selected a Cycle Rate that matches your particular

  heating system. If you find that it is still cycling too often, you may wish to try a slower

  cycle rate or disable the cycling.

Humidifier will 

not come on.

• Check and ensure that the thermostat is set to HEAT mode.

• Check and ensure that the set temperature is higher than the 

  current (room) temperature.

• Whenever the humidifer is running, the humidity symbol        will be flashing.
