Peel off a small section of adhesive backing from the 15 mm strip gasket, and stick
the gasket to the center of the top edge of the window opening as shown on Picture 10.
Peel off more backing as necessary and guide the strip around the edges of each comer,
pressing it firmly. Trim the gasket to fit and press the ends down to seal.
5.2.6 Filter Cartridge Replacement
Air supply to the cabinets must be closed and all air released from the pulse manifold.
Loosen the three hook-and-eye closures and remove the dust collector lid and fan. Remove
the filter cartridge retaining nut, washer and gasket. Lift the filter cartridge out of the dust
collector housing. Clean all parts that will be reused, especially around the cartridge sealing
area. Scrape off any residual gasket material from the fan housing and dust collector housing
sealing surfaces.

ATTENTION!
Failure to wear approved respirators and eye protection when servicing dust-
laden areas of the cabinet and dust collector, or when emptying the dust
collector, could result in serious eye irritation and lung disease or even death.
Toxicity and health risk differ according to the type of media and dust produced
by blasting. The respirator must be specifically approved for the type of dust
generated.
Identify all material being removed by blasting and get a material safety data
sheet for the blast media.
