Q. How often should the gel pads be changed?
A. We recommend the gel pads be replace every 25-30 workout sessions
or when the gel pad does not have enough adhesion to make sufficient
contact with your skin. To ensure longest life of gel pads replace the
plastic liner to the back of gelp pads after every workout session.
Q. Can gel pads be shared by thwo or more people?
A. It is recommended that each user have their ownn set of gel pads.
Sharing gel pads may transfer oils and other material from the skin that
may cause an allergic reaction in onother user.
Q. Why is the stimulation is uncomfortable?
A. The pads may be postitioned improperly or not sticking sufficiently.
Turn the M1 device off, remove the Corebelt™ and repostion as
described on page 20 of this manual. Make sure the gel pads are
below your rib cage.
Q. What should I do if my skin is red after the workout?
A. Some rednness of the skin is normal, partially due to the increase in
blood flow to the region, and should fade soon after workout. If redness
is excessive, you may have the intensity set too high. Try using a lower
intensity for a few days. Moisturize the area between sessions.
