12.2 LED ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT
A.
Turn off all gas and electrical supply to the appliance.
B.
Remove the valve access door and top door trim.
C.
Remove the glass and glass ember tray from the firebox. Review the "GLASS BURNER
INSTALLATION"
section.
D.
Locate the two wire leads from the LED bar and then unplug the wires from the LED bar.
E.
Remove the two screws securing the LED bar. They are located on the base of the firebox as
illustrated below. Ensure to hold onto the LED bar when removing the two screws to avoid any
further
damages.
F.
Remove the LED bar from the appliance and replace it with the new LED bar.

To reinstall LED bar reverse these steps.
12.3 GLASS LENS REPLACEMENT
A.
Turn off all gas and electrical supply to the appliance.
B.
Remove the valve access door and top door trim.
C.
Remove the glass and glass ember tray from the
fi
rebox. Review the "GLASS BURNER
INSTALLATION" section.
D.
Remove the 7 screws securing the glass retainer in place, as shown below.
E.
Remove the glass retainer then remove and replace the glass lens.
F.
Inspect the gasket, replace if necessary.
G.
To reinstall the glass lens reverse these steps.
NOTE: When installing the glass lens ensure the labeled side is facing upwards. WARNING: You must
remove this label prior to operating the appliance.
