Power of PWR2 has not been supplied.
Fault

It indicates the power voltage of PWR-1 or PWR-2 drops below
7V.
*This can happen only when one of the power failure detection
DIP switches is on. If the both switches are off, the Fault LED
does not light up even the voltage drops below 7V.
OFF
The power condition is normal provided that one of the power
failure detection DIP switches is on.
