b) Selection between 12 or 24 hr display
Once you have set the time zone or skipped this setting, you can now set the display
format for the time.
• With the +/
- button or MIN/MAX button, you select the display format for the
time (12hr or 24 hr format).
• Briefly press SET to switch to the next setup item.
c) Setting the time manually
Once you have set the display format for the time or skipped this setting, you can
now set the time.

It is normally not necessary to set the time manually, because it is set by
the DCF function. However, you have to set the time manually if you
cannot receive the DCF signal. The manually set time is updated auto-
matically as soon as the device receives the DCF signal.
• By pressing +/ - or MIN/MAX, you set the hours.
• Press the SET button briefly.
• By pressing +/
- or MIN/MAX, you set the minutes.
• Briefly press SET to switch to the next setup item.
d) Setting the calendar manually
Once you have set the time or skipped this setting, you can now set the calendar.

ly if you cannot receive the DCF signal. The manually set calendar is
updated automatically as soon as the device receives the DCF signal.

Once you have set the calendar or skipped this setting, you can now set the tempera-
ture unit.
