
6.4 Connecting the receiver/monitor to a monitor
The receiver/monitor is equipped with an “AV OUT” (20) socket. An additional moni-
tor etc. can be connected here.
• Plug the 3.5mm TRS plug of the provided audio/video cable (= 3.5mm TRS to
2 x RCA adapter cable) into the “AV OUT” (20) socket.
• Connect the white RCA plug of the adapter cable with the audio input of your dis-
play device.
• Connect the yellow RCA plug of the adapter cable with the video input of your
display device.
• Connect the low voltage plug of the supplied wall power supply with the “DC IN
5V” (21) power socket on your receiver/monitor.
• Plug the wall power supply into a suitable mains socket.
• The “Battery” LED (12) lights up to indicate that the built-in battery is being char-
ged. The “Battery” LED (12) goes out when the battery is fully charged.
• Switch on the receiver/monitor and the camera by holding down the “ON/OFF”
buttons on the receiver/monitor and the camera
(7, 19) for approx.
3 seconds.
• Run the pairing function. See chapter “8. Pairing”.
• Switch on your display device and select the desired channel.
• Make sure that the correct camera channel is selected on the receiver.
To avoid distortions or mismatchings that could damage the device, the audio
plug (white) may only be connected to an RCA audio input.
The video plug (yellow) must only be connected to an RCA
video input.
