Intended Use
This mini surveillance recorder is used to monitor objects in audio and visual. This recording sur-
veillance camera is applicable for mobile operations in your shirt pocket.
By the integrated LI-ION accumulator, autonomous operation is possible without any power sup-
ply. Recharging the accumulator as well as reading out the recording (the mini surveillance
recorder is recognised as mass storage device) is done via USB at your PC or laptop.
The integrated camera has a horizontal angel of vision of approx. 58° and a vertical angle of
vision of 43°. The mini surveillance recorder supports micro-SD-cards up to max. 2GB (SDHC
cards are not supported).
The product is approved only for operation in dry indoor locations.
Please keep in mind that you will render yourself liable to prosecution if you keep persons under
observation and record them without their knowledge and approval with this camera.
Use other than that described above can damage the product and may involve additional risks
such as short circuits, fire and electric shocks.
No part of the product should be modified or reassembled.

This symbol, with an exclamation mark in a triangle, indicates particular dangers
associated with handling, function or operation.

Safety Instructions
The warranty will be void in the event of damage caused by failure to observe
these safety instructions! We do not assume any liability for any consequen-
tial damage!
We do not assume any liability for material and personal damage caused by
improper use or non-compliance with the safety instructions. The warranty
will be void in such cases.
• The product must not be modified or converted, as not only will the CE approval
become void but also the warranty.
• Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are
connected to the device.
• Please make sure sufficient ventilation of the appliance is provided.
• Do not touch leaking or oxidised batteries with your bare hands. Use protective
gloves.
• The system components must not be exposed to extreme temperatures, direct
sunlight, intense vibration or heavy mechanical stress.
• The use of the surveillance camera system does not replace personal supervision
of children or people who require special assistance, but only serves as a support
to this supervision.
• After rapid changes in temperature, the product requires some time to adjust to
the surrounding temperature. Wait until the components have adjusted to the
ambient temperature before use.
• The system components are not toys and should be kept out of the reach of
children!
• Please contact a qualified person if you are unsure about the safety and correct
use of the system components.
• Never leave the packaging material lying around unattended. Plastic film/bags
etc. can be dangerous playthings for children, there is a risk of suffocation.
• If you have reason to assume that safe operation is no longer possible, discon-
nect the device immediately and secure it against inadvertent operation.

• It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if:
- the device is visibly damaged,
- the device does not function any longer and
- the device was stored under unfavorable conditions for a long period of time
or
- it has been subjected to considerable stress during transportation.
• In commercial institutions, the accident prevention regulations of the employer’s
liability insurance association for electrical systems and operating materials are
to be observed.
• The product is approved only for operation in dry indoor locations.
• Ensure that no sources of magnetism or electro-magnetism or heat sources are
in the vincinity of the surveillance recorder.
• Do not expose the adaptor to any mechanical stress. Falling from low height and
pressure applied to the components can damage the device.
• Never pour fluids above electrical devices. You run the risk of causing a fire or a
fatal electric shock.
• Maintenance, adjustment and repair may only be carried out by a qualified spe-
cialist or a specialised repair shop.
• If you have any questions, which are not answered in this manual, please contact
our technical service or another specialist.
General Notes about Batteries
• Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
• Do not leave the batteries lying around; there is a risk of them being swallowed by children
or domestic animals. If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
• If your skin comes into contact with leaking or damaged batteries, you may suffer burns. For
this reason you should use suitable protective gloves.
• Make sure that the batteries are not short-circuited, taken apart or thrown into a fire. There is
a risk of explosion!
• Do not recharge normal batteries. There is a risk of explosion! Only charge rechargeable bat-
teries which are intended for this purpose; use a suitable battery charger.
• For the correct disposal of batteries, please read the chapter “Disposal”.

Make sure the camera lens is not covered if you wear the mini surveillance recorder e.g., in
your shirt pocket.
Start-up
The surveillance recorder is not suitabe. Ensure dry ambient conditions when
using the device.
Ensure that no sources of magnetism or electro-magnetism or heat sources
are in the vincinity of the surveillance recorder.
Do not expose the adaptor to any mechanical stress. Falling from low height
or pressure applied to the components may damage the device.

Remember that glaring sources of light, like direct illumination or direct sun-
light, may significantly affect the recording quality.
