safety instructions! We do not assume any liability for material and personal damage
caused by improper use or non-compliance with the safety instructions!

The exclamation mark indicates important points in these operating instructions that
should always be observed.

•  The system components must not be modi

fi

ed or converted, as not only the CE

approval will become void but also the warranty.

•  The system components must not be exposed to extreme temperatures, direct

sunlight, intense vibration or heavy mechanical stress.

•  Where the devices are used connected to other devices e.g. a television, the ope-

rating instructions and safety notices of the devices connected must be followed.

•  The use of the surveillance camera system does not replace personal supervision

of children or people who require special assistance, but only serves as a support
to this supervision.

•  This camera system uses and generates high frequency energy. If the devices

are not installed and operated in accordance with these instructions, they can
cause radio interference. If the wireless camera system causes interference to
other equipment, try one or more of the following measures listed below, in order
to restore normal operation:

  -  Change the position of the camera.

  -   Increase the distance between the device affected and the radio camera or the

receiver for the radio camera system.

  -  Select another transmission channel.

•  After rapid changes in temperature, the system components require approx. 15

min. to stabilise, so as to adjust to the surrounding temperature, before they can
be used.

•  The system components are not toys and should be kept out of the reach of children!

•   The supplied transformer conform to protection class II. It may only be plugged into

a standard household 230V~/50Hz mains socket.

  •  Please contact a quali

fi

ed person if you are unsure about the safety and correct

use of the system components.

•  Never let the packaging material lie around unattended. Plastic foil / bags etc. can

be dangerous toys for children, there is a risk of suffocation.

•  If you have reason to assume that safe operation is no longer possible, disconnect

the device immediately and secure it against inadvertent operation.

• Never plug in, or remove, the transformer with wet hands.

•  Never pull the cable of the transformer. Always pull the transformer out of the

mains socket by gripping its housing.

•  For safety reasons, always disconnect the transformers from the mains socket

during thunderstorms.

• It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if:

  -  the device is visibly damaged,

  -  the device does not operate any longer and

  -  the device was stored under unfavourable conditions for a long period of time or

  -  it has been subjected to considerable stress during transportation.

•  In commercial institutions, the accident prevention regulations of the Employer‘s

Liability Insurance Association for Electrical Systems and Operating Materials are
to be observed.

•  The receiver and camera supplied with this system must not be exposed to wet or

damp. The product is approved only for use in dry rooms.

•  Maintenance, adjustment and repair may only be carried out by a quali

fi
