Getting Started
Observe the safety instructions!
Remove the product from the packaging. Then, check that every bulb is completely and
fi
rmly
plugged into the socket.
The product is accompanied by type plates with warning notes in different languages. Attach
the type plate, with the correct version for your language, to the fairy lights.
Afterwards, connect the mains plug to a standard mains socket.

The product can be hung in a window using, for example, a cord or suitable suction
cup bracket.
Changing the Bulb
• Disconnect the product from the mains voltage. Unplug the mains plug from the socket.
• Let the bulbs cool down, danger of burns!
• Replace the faulty bulb by a new one of the same type, voltage and wattage.
Pull out the faulty bulb up vertically from the
fi
tting. Then insert the new bulb into the socket.
Make sure it
fi
ts correctly.
• Then, connect the product to the mains voltage and check that the bulb is working.
Cleaning
Before cleaning the product, disconnect it from the mains voltage, unplug the mains plug from
the socket. Let the product cool down completely.
Using a dry, soft, lint-free cloth is suf
fi
cient to clean the product. Do not use aggressive cleaning
agents as these can cause discolouration.
Dust can easily be removed using a clean, long-haired brush and a vacuum cleaner.
Disposal
Dispose of the unserviceable product according to the relevant statutory regulations!
