Action Menu 

The action menu is shown when the user clicks the right mouse button on the 
sleep scoring graph. 

 

1.  Menu used to change the sleep scoring state where the user has clicked. 

Awake (empty), Sleeping (blue), Resting (green) and OffWrist (purple). 

Note

: changing the state will affect the statistics. 

 

2.  Menu used to split the state zone in the sleep scoring where the user has 

clicked. Awake (empty), Sleeping (blue), Resting (green) and OffWrist 
(purple).

3.  Menu used to insert an Event mark or a Sleep Diary mark. The event 

option can be used to adjust some event in the sleep scoring. The sleep 
diary option can be used to define the sleep diary manually based on the 
sleep scoring graph. 
 

4.  Menu used to remove an Event mark or a Sleep Diary mark. The event 

option can be used to adjust some event in the sleep scoring. The sleep 
diary option can be used to define the sleep diary manually. The option 
"Remove > All Sleep Diary Marks" will clear the Sleep Diary.
