RAM Disk
The BIOS can optionally provide a RAM disk, which uses the Battery-Backed SRAM to store
user code and data in a robust, but easily accessible format that is also writeable without the
need to erase and program flash memory.
Drive B: may be configured as a RAM disk via the BIOS Setup screen:
Main|ROM/RAM Disk
(B:)
. The original floppy Drive B: will no longer be accessible.
