CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
You can clean the accessories and the appliance with a wet cloth. Never immerse the
appliance
in water! Do not use any aggressive substances such as solvents or abrasives for
cleaning!
REPLACING THE DUST COLLECTION BAG
1. Disconnect the appliance from the mains, pull the hose out of the suction inlet, and
open the appliance‘s cover (Fig. 3).
2. Remove the holder with the dust collection bag from the vacuum cleaner. Press the
safety flap on the dust collection bag holder (Fig. 4). Remove the used dust collection
bag from the holder. Dispose of a paper or SMS dust collection bag. Be careful not
to tear the bag when handling.
If the bag is made of fabric, empty it and close it
carefully - it can be used repeatedly.
3. Insert a new or emptied bag by inserting the plate into the holder. Remove a used
paper bag and dispose of it.
4. Insert a new bag by sliding the pasteboard plate into the bag holder and insert the
holder into the appliance. The bag opening should be aligned with the hole in the
vacuum cleaner cover (see Fig. 4).
5. Only use the appliance when a dust collection bag has been inserted into it! If you
forget to insert the dust collection bag, or you place it incorrectly, you will not be able
to fully close the appliance cover.
6. Close the cover by pushing it until it clicks into the right position.
FILTER REPLACEMENT
• The filters should be cleaned or replaced when they are visibly dirty, or if the appliance‘s
suction power is reduced. Check them after every use of the appliance.
• In order to avoid damage of the appliance, do not use it with incorrectly mounted
filters.
• Before replacing the filters, disconnect the appliance from the electrical socket.
• You can buy suitable types of filters from your dealer, or you can order them from the
manufacturer.
6. To wind the supply cable, press the winding button with one hand and hold the supply cable with the other hand to
prevent uncontrolled whipping back and forth.
DUST COLLECTION BAG FILL CHECK
When the bag level indicator turns red, replace the dust bag immediately.
If the dust collection bag fill indicator is still red after the bag is replaced, it may be due to several causes:
- Some of the air passages (hose, telescopic tube, suction inlet, brush adapter, or other adapters) are obstructed;
- Motor filter is dirty;
- Air outlet filter is dirty.
Check for each of the above possible causes and eliminate the problem before you resume vacuuming. If the cause of
the problem cannot be identified, hand over the product to the nearest service centre. Never use the vacuum cleaner if
the bag fill level indicator is completely red. The motor could be damaged irreparably.
