TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Cause Solution
The appliance does not
work.
The plug has been inserted
into the socket incorrectly or
insufficiently.
Check the plug connection.
The socket is not supplied with
electricity.
Check to make sure voltage is
present, e.g. by using another
appliance.
The oven door is not closed
properly. Check the door. Remove all
impurities and foreign objects.
Dirty wheels of the turning
mechanism. Clean the wheels with a damp
cloth.
Turning of the tray is
noisy.
The oven cannot be
started
The power cord is not properly connected to
the mains
Unplug the power cord from the
electrical outlet and plug it in again
after 10 seconds
Electrical fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped
Replace the fuse or turn on
the circuit breaker. Contact an

The oven does not heat The door is not closed sufficiently

Common phenomena
The microwave oven
affects the TV reception
Radio and TV reception may be affected by the operation of the microwave oven.
